Stretch and Release Sessions


Often, our client’s favourite part of their session is the hands-on stretch and massage they get at the end! So, we’ve created dedicated ‘Stretch and Release Sessions’ - a 20minute hands-on stretch and massage.


These sessions are perfect for people who are feeling stiff, sore and tight and would like to improve their flexibility to move more freely. The sessions are also designed to improve posture, by releasing muscles that are causing poor posture.


Hands-on or ‘passive’ stretching is an excellent way to improve flexibility and many of our clients see the benefit with only 1 session per week!
