Mum's with Bubs


As a Mum with young chilren, it can be really challenging to find the time, energy and motivation to exercise. It can also be nerve wracking to start back into exercise post baby, whether it be weeks or years after your little one has arived.

At Tempo Fitness, we look after Mum's and their bubs through the entire journey - pre-conception, pregnancy, post-natally and beyond. Whether the goal is post-natal rehabilitaiton, post-baby weight loss, or strenght and fitness improvement, we have the knowledge and experience to guide you through regardless of physical condition or past exercise experience.

Because the Tempo Fitness studio is completely private, lots of Mum's bring their little ones in too! Being parents of young children ourselves, we understand that it's improtant to keep sessions flexible, and base them around how bub is feeling on the day. We also have plenty of toys to keep little people entertained and happy!
