* Home exercise programs – updated fortnightly to ensure you’re moving toward your goals

* Nutritional guidance – monitoring food diary, discussions about food choice

* Weekly contact – via text or email for motivation and accountability

* Regular tips, information and motivation – articles, quotes and information to keep you focused

* Constant support – your trainer will be available via phone, text or email if you have any questions
