  1. Why do I need a Personal Trainer?

    Each person is different, with extrememly different goals, lifestyles and physical conditions. Tempo Trainers specialise in helping you achieve your goals in the safest, simplest and most realistic way possible. Having a personal trainer means that the hard work you're putting in is moving you toward the results you desire. Accountability is the key to success, and having your very own fitness coach means ongoing support.

 

  1. How often do I have to train to see results?

    At Tempo Fitness, we know our clients are busy. That's why our programs are designed to get results with just one personal training session per week. Depending on your goals and the time you have avaiable, we can also help you with with exercise and eating plans between your weekly personal training sessions.

 

  1. How long are the sessions?

    Tempo sessions are 45 minutes. Because your training program is so targeted to your goals, you don't need to be exercising for hours to see fantastic results.

 

  1. How much does it cost?

    Depending on your goals and physical condition, we have several health and fitness packages available. Your first consultation is on us, so feel free to pop in for a chat and we can suggest which package will best suit your needs.

 

  1. Is there parking at the Tempo Fitness studio?

    Ample street parking is available on Swann Road, Taringa. There is also a park on site.

 

  1. Will I get help between my sessions?

    Your Tempo trainer will give you as much support and accountability as you need. This includes nutritional advice and exercise programs for between your personal training sessions. We are also available at any time to answer questions and give advice and support.

     
  2. Is the Tempo studio easy to get to?

    The Tempo Fitness studio is located on Swann Rd, Taringa. We're within easy access to Indooroopilly, St Lucia, Toowong and Chapel Hill.
