Brent Atkins


Brent was born and raised in New Zealand (we’ll forgive him!), which is where his love of rugby was born. After competing in rugby at home and overseas, he retired with significant knee injuries and postural problems.


He struggled for many years with these ongoing injuries, until he discovered the Tempo method of training. Brent saw significant improvements in his posture and pain levels. Needless to say, he became a passionate advocate of Tempo’s philosophy of fitness. Brent studied hard and long to become a Tempo Trainer. He is passionate about helping others to overcome injuries and postural problems that he dealt with.


Brent is also a qualified chef, with over eight years of experience working in top restaurants in New Zealand and overseas. This experience allowed him to pick up many tips and ideas on how to make healthy eating delicious!
